>>Supreme Court Allows Mail-In Ballots Extension

(Harrisburg, PA) -- The U.S. Supreme court is approving the state's plan to count mail-in ballots up to three days after Election Day. A suit was filed by Republicans after a lower court ruled in favor of the plan. The Supreme Court voted four to four on the initiative, which keeps the initial ruling from the lower court. So, ballots postmarked no later than 8 p.m. November 3rd and received up to three days after Election Day will be counted.
