(Harrisburg, PA) -- The Pennsylvania Department of Health says vaccine providers across the state are ready to administer COVID-19 booster shots for select groups. The shots are immediately available for members of select groups who have been fully vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine at least six-months ago. The booster shot is recommended for people 65 and older, people with underlying medical conditions and people who are at an increased risk of exposure.
