Penn Medicine Workers File Lawsuit Against System Over Vaccine Mandate

(Lancaster County, PA) -- Former employees of Penn Medicine in Lancaster County are filing a federal lawsuit against the health system for its COVID-19 vaccine mandate. The employees were let go for not getting vaccinated. The U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Health and Human Services Department are also listed in the lawsuit. The workers are accusing Penn Medicine of depriving them of their 1st and 14th Amendment rights. They are seeking damages, which have not been specified.
