The latest Triple-A survey shows the national average price for regular is up to three dollars and 30-point-six cents a gallon. That's almost a penny higher than Thursday. Only in Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Arkansas, and Mississippi is the statewide average below three dollars a gallon.
