>>State Police Issue Warning About Counterfeit $100 Bills

(Harrisburg, PA) -- State police are warning Pennsylvania merchants to watch for counterfeit one-hundred-dollar bills. Investigators say the bogus bills are almost identical to the real thing, and the so-called "ink test" commonly used to ID fakes reportedly isn't very effective. Police say it's best to ask for smaller bills if you have any doubt whether a c-note being offered for payment is genuine.
