(Lancaster, PA) -- The Lancaster EMS is launching a new full-time EMT academy program. Officials announced yesterday that the new program called Learn While You Earn is going to be offered later this year. The program will hire candidates as full-time Lancaster E-M-S employees as they attend a PA Bureau of EMS basic certification course.
