(Reading, PA) -- A Philadelphia-based developer has plans for the Reading Eagle building. Orlando Cuevas is president of IPM, which is set to buy the 100-thousand square-foot space. Cuevas says there will be designated restaurant space, a family fun area, and space for several different vendors.
