(Muhlenberg Township, PA) -- Helping Harvest is partnering with two faith communities in Berks County on a new food pantry. The Jewish Federation of Reading is funding and operating a monthly food pantry out of the Hampden Heights Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Muhlenberg Township. Helping Harvest is providing all the food, including produce, dairy, meats, and non-perishables. It opens today and will be open on the morning of the last Wednesday of each month.
