(Reading, PA) -- The Reading Police Department will be participating in this year's National Night Out. Mayor Eddie Moran announced yesterday that the event will be held on August 3rd from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in the 500 block of Penn Street. Organizers say there will be live music and kids activities as well as free food and goods featured at the event.
