(Cumru Township, PA) -- Police in Berks County are launching an investigation after they recovered several horses who were reportedly neglected. A search warrant was issued Monday of a property in Greenwich Township, and several horses were found to be neglected. Humane Society Police are asking for anyone suspecting a case of animal abuse to contact the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
