(Schuylkill Valley, PA) -- The former Schuylkill Valley School District superintendent who was arrested over the summer for threatening a school board member is scheduled to complete anger management counseling. Michael Mitchell Junior will have a chance to clear the criminal charges from his record by completing the program. Mitchell resigned as superintendent effective June 30. He had been put on paid administrative leave on May 12th.
