(Reading, PA) -- U.S. marshals have picked up a New York man in the Bronx who allegedly threatened two Berks County judges. A news release from the Berks County District Attorney's Office says Tyrel Smith called one judge's wife and court administrators and threatened to quote - "be like a school shooter in the courtroom." He also allegedly threatened to kill his ex-girlfriend. Smith had been scheduled to appear in court in Reading on terroristic threat and harassment charges.
