>>Opening Date Set New Casino Coming in Berks County
(Caernarvon, PA) -- The management team at Penn National Gaming has announced the opening date of its newest casino, which will be in Berks County. Pending final regulatory approval, Hollywood Casino Morgantown is scheduled to launch at noon December 22, in Caernarvon Township. Situated near the intersections of The Pennsylvania Turnpike, Interstate 176 and Route 10, the 80-thousand-square-foot facility becomes Penn National Gaming's fourth Pennsylvania casino. A news release also says its building cost is just at 111 million dollars. The facility also is expected to create 375 jobs.
