>>Angry Neighbor Charged in Pottstown Shooting

(Pottstown, PA) -- Balloons and toys lay on the sidewalk in the 500 block of North Evans Street in honor of a Pottstown man who was shot in the area. Police say 36-year-old Darrius Waller died after being shot Sunday night, apparently after driving too close to a man who was on his way home. Investigators said surveillance video shows the suspect, 43-year-old Gerald Ramos, walking over to Waller and shooting him several times in his car before walking back to his home a few doors away. The Montgomery County DA's office said Ramos allegedly told police that made him -quote - "so angry" when Waller got too close to him. Waller's friends and children say they want him to be remembered as a great man.
