(Berks County., PA) -- A 64-year-old man faces charges of indecent exposure for allegedly flashing a woman outside a grocery store in Berks County. Caernarvon Township police say Gary Hacker of Elverson was caught exposing himself in the parking lot of BB's Grocery Outlet in Morgantown. He also has been charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
