>PennDot Seeks Public Opinion Over Widening US 222 in Berks County
(Reading, PA) -- PennDot wants to hear from you regarding upcoming roadwork in Berks County. An open house will take place next Wednesday so the public can see a display about plans to widen US 222 in Maidencreek and Richmond Townships. Proposed improvements consist of widening the roadway from Schaeffer Road to the Kutztown Bypass. The plans will be on display May 18th in the Old Main Building, located on the Kutztown University campus from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
