(Berks, PA) -- A former judge who is the past president of the Berks County Bar Association has been re-called to serve on the bench again. Jill Koestel is heading back to Berks County Court for the second time in six years to fill another retirement vacancy. She was approved by the Pennsylvania State Senate Friday. Kostel says she doesn't want the seat permanently, so Berks voters will elect someone else to fill the judgeship in 2023.
