(Reading, PA) -- The suspect in a fatal Reading shooting is now in custody. Twenty-year-old Luis Cepeda-Morales, was arrested Friday in Puerto Rico. He is facing murder charges in connection with killing of a man found July 31st on Spring Garden Street. Cepeda-Morales will be extradited back to Berks County.
