(Reading, PA) - Berks County Prosecutors say two men who were previously found guilty of killing one man in Reading and shooting another have been sentenced to life in prison. Joewel Keita of Mohnton and Devon Starr of Reading received their sentences Tuesday in the death of 26-year-old Albert Pena-Pena of Reading, and the shooting of another man. The shooting reportedly involved filing false benefits for unemployment.
