(Reading, PA) -- The long road to U.S citizenship has been realized by 28 people in Berks County. They took part in a naturalization ceremony Wednesday at the county courthouse. Reading City Auditor Maria Rodriguez, herself a naturalized citizen, advised the newcomers to make a positive impact in their communities and to be sure to exercise their newly-given right to vote in elections.
