( Ephrata, PA) -- Ephrata police are investigating a case of a man reportedly urinating into a sample bottle at a wastewater treatment plant. The water sample was set to be sent for borough monitoring. The sample showed potential contamination, so it was sent the state police lab for testing. Employee Donald Gibble Junior has been charged with criminal mischief for his alleged actions. Officials say he doesn't work for the borough anymore.
