City Council to Gather Public Opinion Tonight on One-Way Street Plans

(Reading, PA) -Members of Reading's City Council say they want to gather more public comment before deciding whether to change traffic patterns on two main streets. The Council voted Monday to delay a decision that would make Cotton Street and South Street one-way in certain areas. Parking also would be allowed on each street in each direction. A community meeting to discuss the changes is set for Wednesday night at 7:00 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church on Perkiomen Ave.
