(Lancaster County, PA) -- Governor Josh Shapiro and other state leaders have been meeting with Lancaster County poultry farmers to discuss continuing avian flu outbreaks. The governor was in East Earl Wednesday to tout his budget plans that include 25-million-dollars to support recovery. Pennsylvania has lost about 134-thousand birds in the last 30 days alone.
