(Harrisburg, PA) -- A pair of Lancaster County organizations has formed a joint venture to develop affordable housing for seniors in six counties. Those would include properties in Berks, Chester, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and York. HDC MidAtlantic and Landis Quality Living have agreed to work together on the projects. Lancaster-based HDC brings expertise in affordable housing, while Lititz-based Landis has experience in building homes for seniors.
