(Reading, PA) -- Two Philadelphia have been arraigned for allegedly running a theft ring that spanned six counties, including incidents in Berks County. Prosecutors say Cuong Nam Ly and Chung Ly targeted Home Depot and Lowes stores, where they allegedly stole more than 200-thousand-dollars' in merchandise. Detectives allege the brothers purchased products from the stores' on-line sites then applied a higher-priced UPC tag to the items and returned them for a refund. They also reportedly sold many of the items online on social media sale sites.
