Report: Collegeville Charged with Killing Family Called FBI, Didn't Trust Local Police
(Montgomery County, PA) - A Collegeville man reportedly called the FBI to confess killing his mother and brother. The Montgomery County D-A says Aaron Deshong told investigators that he had been "on edge" since his father died and said he killed his relatives in his home Sunday. Prosecutors said Monday that a dispatcher at the FBI National Threats Operation Center told officials Deshong said he called the FBI because he didn't trust local police. Deshong has been denied bail and remains in custody in Montgomery County.
