Charges Held Against Suspect In Deadly Hit And Run

(Bern Twp, PA) -- A judge is holding charges against a man accused in a hit and run that killed a 23-year-old man in Maidencreek Township. Moshe Notis of Lancaster Township is charged with vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of a crash and traffic offenses in the death of Anson Burkholder. The Maidencreek Township man was riding a bicycle to his family's farm when he was struck on Route 222. Notis was arrested after a person who saw the case in the media reported that his minivan was damaged.
