Driver Charged In Reading Hit And Run
(Reading, PA) -- A Flying Hills man has been arrested in connection with a hit and run that injured a man in a wheelchair in Reading. Police say 60-year-old Robert Stout reportedly struck the victim while he crossed Lancaster Avenue on January 31st. The 69-year-old male victim was crossing the road on his motorized wheelchair when he was struck and seriously injured. Stout is charged with causing a crash involving personal injury and failing to stop, along with driving without insurance and at an unsafe speed.
