Newly Appointed Oley Valley School Board Member Quitting
(Oley Twp, PA) -- A member of a school board in Berks County is resigning, just days after she was appointed to the position. Christina Moyer was one of two people named to fill vacancies on the Oley Valley School Board on May eighth. Moyer's appointment brought immediate public backlash, with many people saying she supports extreme political views. Moyer has verbally committed to resign, and it will become official when it is submitted in writing.
