(Reading, PA) -- Reading officials are outraged after recently renovated basketball courts at Baer Park were vandalized. Mayor Eddie Moran says the vandalism is "disheartening," and called it a "lack of respect for public spaces meant for everyone's enjoyment." The courts were mostly funded by NBA player and Reading native Lonnie Walker, whose foundation is reportedly working to repair the courts and add a fence around the perimeter. The vandalism remains under investigation.
