(Ephrata, PA) -- A new Texas Roadhouse is expected to bring hundreds of jobs to Lancaster County. The restaurant chain says the location on 31 Quarry Ridge Drive in Ephrata will employ 200 people. It's expected to open in mid-November. Texas Roadhouse is already accepting applications on their website.
