Fatal Shooting Remains Under Investigation
(Reading, PA) -- The investigation continues into a fatal shooting in Reading Wednesday night. Authorities say one person shot and killed 21-year-old Ismael Ortiz Rodriguez, but they believe there were two people involved in the shooting. So far, no arrests have been made.
