(Caernarvon Township, PA) -- Charges are being filed for a deadly crash in Caernarvon Township this past summer. Authorities say 23-year-old Matthew Slauch was speeding and illegally passing vehicles on Morgantown Road in the moments leading up to the crash on June Sixth. The wreck killed another driver, identified as 64-year-old Scott Wagner. Slauch faces charges including homicide by vehicle.
