Police: Reading Child Accidentally Shot
(Reading, PA) -- Reading police are investigating an accidental shooting that injured a child. Authorities said a nine-year-old was shot in the leg Monday afternoon at a home on South Eleventh Street. According to officers, the gun was being mishandled by adults when it fired and hit the child. The child's injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
