(Reading, PA) -- A local man wanted on drug trafficking charges is in custody. The Pennsylvania State Police and Berks County Sheriff's Department announced charges against 38-year-old Walter Carrera on Friday. Officers raided his home on Windsor Street and found fentanyl, methamphetamine, and other paraphernalia.
