Several water main breaks in Shillington, Pennsylvania, have left some residents dealing with low water pressure. The affected areas include Harding Avenue, Elkins Avenue, West Walnut Street, and Brobst Street. According to Shillington police, the issues are concentrated in these locations. Some residents, like Adam Frymoyer, reported that their water pressure issues were resolved on Sunday (January 26), but others are still experiencing problems.
The Shillington Borough sent out a code red message on Sunday afternoon, informing residents of the situation and assuring them that the Public Works Department is actively working to repair the breaks. However, officials have not provided an estimated completion time for the repairs. Some breaks have been fixed, while others remain unresolved.
Residents are advised not to call the borough as they are aware of the issue and are addressing it. Updates on the situation can be found on the Shillington Borough website.
