(Berks County, PA) -- A man is in custody for allegedly raping two juveniles in Berks County. Authorities said 29-year-old Kemish Soto-Munet sexually assaulted two boys ages 12 and 14 at a home in Reading City. According to officers, Soto-Munet set up a hidden camera in the victims' bathroom. He is being held on 200-thousand-dollars bail for charges including rape and statutory sexual assault.
