Boyertown-Based Water Rescue Team Train For Tragedies Like The D.C. Crash
(Berks County, PA) -- The Keystone Water Rescue Team out of Berks County is prepared for tragic events just like the one in D.C. this week. Based in Boyertown, the team is equipped with the equipment and technology to quickly respond to accidents like the crash that killed 67 people. The Keystone team uses remote underwater vehicles that use live video and sonar imaging to find victims in the water. Meanwhile, in D.C., recovery operations in the Potomac River are expected to resume this morning
