Three men involved in a deadly shooting in Reading, Pennsylvania, will be sentenced on April 2. Jason Nival was convicted of third-degree murder last week for the January 2023 killing of Eric Ferrer. Nival, along with Julio Nival and Angelo Delgado, fired nearly a dozen shots into a vehicle on Washington Street, resulting in Ferrer's death. Julio Nival and Angelo Delgado have pleaded guilty to their roles in the incident.

The shooting took place in downtown Reading, and Jason Nival was later arrested in Texas before being extradited to Berks County. The case has drawn significant attention due to the violent nature of the crime and the subsequent legal proceedings.

The upcoming sentencing will conclude the legal process for the three men, who now face the consequences of their actions. The community awaits the court's decision on the appropriate penalties for those involved in the tragic event.
