>>Reading Man Pleads Guilty To Selling Counterfeit Paintings

(Reading, PA) -- A Reading man faces decades in prison after admitting to selling counterfeit paintings. Federal officials said 77-year-old Carter Reese sold art he falsely represented as authentic pieces from artists including Pablo Picasso and Keith Haring. According to investigators, Reese knew the paintings weren't genuine. He pleaded guilty yesterday to wire fraud and mail fraud, and could spend up to 40 years behind bars.
