(Reading, PA) -- The Reading City Council is adopting next year's budget. City council approved the 2021 budget on Monday. The budget of over 92-million-dollars is going to include about a two-and-a-half percent tax increase. It also includes a deficit of about two-million-dollars, but will be made up from the city's reserve funds.
