(Reading, PA) -- Reading Police are searching for a man who is being accused of killing another man late last month. Robert Saintkitts is facing several charges including first-degree murder and third-degree murder after he allegedly shot and killed Francisco Soto Junior in the area of North 10th Street and Buttonwood Street. Officials say Saintkitts is being considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is being asked to contact the Reading Police Department or 9-1-1 immediately.

The department announced yesterday that it will stay in service despite the police commission's vote to disband the force last year. It will be launching a search for an interim chief soon because its current chief is set to retire later this year.

Its plant in Berks County began operating on Route 61 in Muhlenberg Township last October. Officials say that no jobs will be cut because of the recent filing.

(Leacock Township, PA) -- ALancasterCounty man is facing two federal charges after he accidentally ran over and killed his four-year-old daughter last year. Michael Stoltzfus was charged this past Monday with two counts of endangering the welfare of children. According to court documents, Stoltzfus was moving stones to his property from his father's home before his four-year-old daughter fell underneath his tractor. The incident was ruled accidental, but a preliminary hearing for Stoltzfus is scheduled to take place on March 29th.
