(Reading, PA) -- Police are searching for a second suspect who is being accused of shooting and killing a teenager in Reading last month. Investigators announced this past Friday that they have a warrant for the arrest of 21-year-old Alexander Peguero-Severino. He is facing several charges including first and third-degree murder and aggravated assault. Police recently arrested the other suspect involved in the fatal shooting that happened in the area of North 10th and Buttonwood streets on February 23rd.
