(Jefferson Township, PA) -- One man is dead following a crash in Berks County. The accident happened yesterday morning near the area of Shartlesville Road and New Schafferstown Road on Route 183 in Jefferson Township. Police say the 31-year-old driver of a car lost control, hit a bridge and then was struck by a tractor-trailer.
