(Lancaster, PA) -- Striking workers at the Kellogg Plant in Lancaster are getting a boost from the Biden Administration. This come as Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh visited the site Wednesday. Hundreds of workers have been on strike there and at three other plants across the country over a system that they say gives newer workers fewer benefits and lower pay. Secretary Walsh says he came to support the workers and let them know "We stand with them." The plant continues operating with temporary non-union employees while the regular workers have been striking for more than three weeks.
