(Reading, PA) -- The Reading City Council is considering a request from a local college that would like a share of 61-million-dollars in Reading received from the American Rescue Plan Act. At a recent council meeting Albright College's provost talked of the need for two-million-dollars. She said it would be used to complete the student success commons and library.
