(Reading, PA) -- A woman who is a leader of a Berks County LGBT organization says it was a personal honor for her to witness President Biden signing a new gay marriage measure into law. Michelle Dech, the executive director of the LGBT Center of Greater Reading, was on the South Lawn of the White House for the signing of the Respect for Marriage Act Tuesday. The measure codifies marriage protections for same-sex and interracial couples.
