(Reading, PA) -- The police chief in Reading says they've now posted photos of a man who they believe stole over 12-hundred-dollars worth of items from a Lowes stores in Tilden Township. Chief William McEllroy the Third says the man entered the store two Saturdays ago, stole tools and other items and then ran out through the garden section. The same man is suspected of a similar theft earlier in March at a Lowe's in Pottsville.
