I-76 Crash Victims Identified
(Penn Township, PA) -- The victims of a crash in Penn Township last weekend are identified as a father and two children. Lancaster County officials say 43-year-old Donnell Hickson, 18-year-old Decir Hickson, and an eleven-year-old girl were killed in the wreck on Saturday. The crash happened on I-76 East and reportedly involved an 18-wheeler. It has been ruled an accident.
