(Lower Alsace Township, PA) -- Antietam School District is planning to hire a new superintendent later this week. The school board has announced it will officially appoint Dr. Timothy Matlack on Thursday. Matlack held several positions in ASD before his latest role as director of teaching and learning for Tulpehocken Area School District. Once approved, he is expected to begin next Monday.
